  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, carrier issues).

  • Standard International Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 7-20 business days after processing.
    • This option is available for all eligible destinations.
  • Expedited International Shipping (where available):
    • Estimated Delivery: 3-10 business days after processing.
    • This option may be available for select destinations at an additional cost. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors:

  • Total weight and dimensions of your order.
  • Destination country/region.
  • Selected shipping method (Standard or Expedited).

You will see the exact shipping cost for your order before completing your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)

For all international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Declaration: We are required by law to declare the actual value of goods on all customs forms.
  • Delays: Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We have no control over these delays.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential duties and taxes before placing your order.

Order Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally issues can occur during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Damaged Packages:
    • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately upon receipt.
    • Contact us at apprevtest1@shopify.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing your order number and the photos.
    • We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages:
    • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
    • If your package has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date (for standard shipping) or 15 business days (for expedited shipping), please contact us at apprevtest1@shopify.com.
    • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations can take several days or weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Address Accuracy Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. LBP Test 2 cannot be held responsible for packages that are:

  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Undeliverable due to incomplete or inaccurate address information.
  • Returned to sender due to an invalid address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. In such cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you realize there's an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at apprevtest1@shopify.com. We will do our best to amend it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
