Subscription Cancellation Policy

At LBP Test 2, we strive to provide flexible subscription options for our valued customers. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for managing your subscription, including cancellation, pausing, and modification. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms detailed below.

This policy is effective as of January 1, 2026.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting our support team.

  • Via Customer Account Portal: Log in to your account on the LBP Test 2 website. Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" or "Account Settings" section, where you will find an option to manage or cancel your active subscriptions. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process.
  • Via Email: Send an email to apprevtest1@shopify.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number/Email Address]". Please include your full name, the email address associated with your subscription, and the specific subscription you wish to cancel. Our support team will process your request and confirm the cancellation via email.

Cancellation Notice Period Requirements

To ensure timely processing and avoid unwanted renewals, we require a minimum of 3 days' notice prior to your next scheduled billing date for subscription cancellations. If a cancellation request is received after this notice period, your subscription may renew for the upcoming cycle, and the cancellation will take effect from the subsequent billing period.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Remaining Subscription Period: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits and services until the end of your current paid billing cycle. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription mid-month, you will retain access until the end of that month.
  • No Immediate Termination: We do not offer immediate termination that would cut off access before the end of the paid period, except in cases of policy violation or as otherwise stated in our Terms of Service.
  • No Further Charges: Once your cancellation is processed and confirmed, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.

Refund Policy for Prepaid Subscriptions

Our refund policy for prepaid subscriptions is as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You will retain access to the service until the end of the current paid month.
  • Longer-Term Prepaid Subscriptions (e.g., Quarterly, Annually): For subscriptions prepaid for longer durations, if you cancel before the end of the prepaid term, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of your subscription, calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of cancellation. An administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact apprevtest1@shopify.com to discuss eligibility for a partial refund.
  • Exceptions: Refunds are not provided for any period during which the service was actively used or accessible. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of LBP Test 2.

How to Pause or Modify a Subscription

We understand that your needs may change. LBP Test 2 offers options to pause or modify your subscription:

  • Pausing: You may be able to pause your subscription for a specified period (e.g., 1-3 months) through your customer account portal. During the pause period, you will not be billed, and access to subscription benefits will be suspended. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.
  • Modifying: You can typically upgrade, downgrade, or change the frequency of your subscription (if available) through your customer account portal. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, or immediately if upgrading, with pro-rata adjustments where applicable.

Automatic Renewal Terms

All subscriptions with LBP Test 2 are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) to ensure uninterrupted service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal term.

  • Notification: We will send a reminder email prior to your renewal date, typically 7-14 days in advance, to the email address associated with your account.
  • Opting Out: If you do not wish for your subscription to automatically renew, you must cancel it in accordance with the "Cancellation Notice Period Requirements" section of this policy.

Price Change Notifications

From time to time, LBP Test 2 may need to adjust the pricing of our subscriptions. If there is a price change that affects your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. This notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the updated terms.
